  It’s crazy how protestants talk about any character in the bible except for Mary, and she’s the MOTHER of their GOD.
  Even Luther respected Mary, and Protestants are his followers…

  @glizag Hehe. Not quite. The difference is that God was not actually IN Mary’s mother. Mary’s mother didn’t have to be sinless for Mary to be just like Mary didn’t have to be sinless for JESUS to be sinless… God just wanted his mama that way.

  @EmeraldicRose There is not a hint of Mary being sinless in fact the bible states for all have sinned & fall short of the glory of God & of course that excludes Christ but not Mary.
  Emphasis should be on Christ not Mary Calvary is the real heart of the matter not whether or not Mary was born with Adams fallen nature
  RCs treat Mary like a godess make prayers of intercession to her make statues to bow before say rosaries to her time would be better spent giving this honor to Christ instead of Mary

  @ChrisDaron I knew an evangelical once who said he wouldn’t be suprised if Moses was taken up body and soul, eventhough the bible says God buried him. And when I told him we believe Mary was taken body and soul, his answer was; ” theres nothing in the bible to support that”.

  Matthew 13:53-56

  And when Jesus had finished…coming to his hometown he taught them in their synagogue, so that they were astonished, and said, “Where did this man get this wisdom and these mighty works? Is not this the carpenter’s son? Is not his mother called Mary? And are not his brothers James and Joseph and Simon and Judas? And are not all his sisters with us? Where then did this man get all these things?”

  On a different note, you’d think “God’s Word” would have clarified this better.
