I Believe: Heart of the Catholic Church (Clip)
When people ask about the articles of faith Roman Catholics profess, where is a person to begin? After all, Catholic doctrine covers a great deal of ground — there are Catholic beliefs about the Virgin Mary, articles of Roman Catholic faith on Purgatory, Catholic doctrines on Papal Infallibility as well as dogmas about the sacraments. But what are the most basic beliefs of Roman Catholicism? This video clip will give you an introduction – www.crossroadsinitiative.com
The First Communion Song
Being Catholic gives one a particular type of guilt. Since “lilt” rhymes with “guilt” Mike made up this song. Happy First Communion to Jamie.
Catholicism vs Christianity Debate of the Catholic doctrine of Mary 1of3
This is a debate between a Catholic Priest and an Evangelical Minister on the topic of Mary. Is she the Mother of God? Is she divine? Can she hear prayers? Jesus never called Mary mother He only refered to her as woman, now this was no disrespect Jesus always knew Mary was not His mother in the since of His divinity.
Creation and Miracles (New Edition) Part 7
www.vaticancatholic.com This very important tape was made for Catholics and to present the Catholic Faith to non-Catholics. It has influenced non-Catholics to convert to the Catholic Faith. It disproves evolution, shows evidence of a world-wide flood, covers Biblical miracles, modern day miracles, Eucharist miracles, incorrupt bodies of saints and the Shroud of Turin
“New Exodus of Protestants Coming Home to Rome” Part 1 of 2
Since 1998, we have seen the first signs of an avalanche of conversions and re-conversions. This year 2009 over 150000 joined the Roman Catholic Church, an increased of 80000 from last year who converted to the Catholic Church in the US alone. In 1998, more than 88000 Protestants were received into the Catholic Church (and more than 73000 adults were baptized, many of them from Protestant backgrounds) and the Protestants [now] coming into the Church are the most devoted Protestants, people deeply committed to Scripture and prayer. What accounts for this Protestant exodus at the twilight of the 20th century? Raw Video – Harper Hides the Body of Christ
Harper takes communion and hides the wafer in his pocket. His spokesperson claims that Harper ate the wafer, but this video clearly shows him in frame taking it, and then sitting down. Note you can see him in the background after he walks out of frame. A Catholic Preist also confirms that Harper did pocket the body of christ. Harper is to meet the Pope on July 11. He will have some explaining to do.
Episode II – Sola Scriptura Bible Alone
Can the Bible interpret itself? Is the Bible the sole source for determining Church doctrine, or do we need traditions and Church teaching as well? What does the Bible say?
